As I embark upon the great honor of serving as Queen of the Golden Gate Chapter of National Smooth Dancers, I look forward to representing this wonderful dancing community, as I travel across the state, visiting our current friends and making many new friends. I will proudly take my place in line behind all of the extraordinary women who have gone before me in this role. These are women for whom I have tremendous respect, as they have served, and continue to serve as wonderful ambassadors. To each of these women, I say thank you for being such wonderful role models, and such great support. To all of the Golden Gate chapter, I am honored and proud to represent you as your Queen. To all of NSD, I look forward to visiting each of your chapters, and celebrating with you as you honor your Queens.

The new world that opened to me when I began to dance has given me so much fulfillment, and led to friendships and opportunities that I could not have imagined. I look forward to all that this journey has in store.
